# Define Material Slot

**Goal**

## Assign Material Slots to each Mesh

For example, 2 Material Slots are assigned to the below sofa.

* Element0
* Element1

## Associate Materials for each Slot

In the below example, the following materials are associated with Element0.

* White Oak
* Walnut
